- Titans’ Momentum: The Titans secured their first win of the season with a 22-21 comeback against the Arizona Cardinals. Despite trailing 21-3, Tennessee capitalized on Arizona turnovers and made huge plays down the stretch to get into the win column for the first time with rookie quarterback Cam Ward as their leader.
- Raiders’ Struggles: The Raiders suffered a 40-6 defeat to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 5. That was their fourth consecutive loss. Quarterback Geno Smith threw for 228 yards but had two interceptions and the team struggled to find its footing on either side of the ball.
