- Running vs. Passing Identity: Army ranks among the national leaders in rushing yards per game thanks to its option offense. They rarely throw the football and prefer to bludgeon opponents on the ground. UAB is much more pass-oriented, with Jalen Kitna throwing for over 1,200 yards already. That clash of styles will be a lot of fun to monitor throughout this game.

In his most recent game at Tennessee, he threw for 364 yards and two scores while tying a school record for completions. UAB is banking heavily on his arm to put points on the board.

The Black Knights should be able to pick up chunk yardage on the ground against a bad UAB run defense. And UAB’s potent passing attack should give the Army defense headaches as well. My best bet for this contest is for it to go over the total.
