Both teams are coming off their bye week. That week off was much-needed for both of these teams with the way they had been playing. Jacksonville has a 4‑3 record but has dropped two straight heading into their bye, raising concerns about their consistency. Las Vegas is at 2‑5 and is in a tougher position, but the bye week gives them hope of returning healthier and sharper.
